There are two basic levels of fundraising consulting services offered by Cummings Co. however, we recognize that each nonprofit is different and many times we create levels of services tailored for unique circumstances:

Campaign Resident Management- is appropriate when an organization has a significant realistic multi-year potential, does not have experienced capital campaign staff available, cannot reallocate staff without disrupting or dissipating current fundraising activities, and the campaign must be initiated expeditiously. For this level of comprehensive service, the responsibility of Cummings Co. extends to accountability for coordination and facilitation of the campaign on a daily basis. A member of our experienced team will be assigned to our client, on-site, full-time to ensure the expeditious facilitation of the campaign.

Periodic Counsel- is most beneficial when the non-profit employs experienced, professional in-house staff to implement the major fund raising effort. The consultant serves in an advisory capacity by providing outside objectivity, strategic planning and generally serving as a sounding board for the non-profit’s campaign.
