Executive Searches Continued
A successful search is based on continued, open communication between the nonprofit, recruiter, and candidates. Cummings Co. works closely with you in formulating a candidate profile, a job description, and a realistic compensation range for your new employee. Once the candidate criteria is established, Cummings Co. begins the process to identify, screen, qualify, and recruit candidates. Cummings Co. will present one or more qualified individuals for your consideration. When a candidate is selected by you, Cummings Co., if appropriate, stands ready to assist you in the negotiation process.
We complete most searches in 90 days. Sometimes, unexpected difficulties may be encountered which prolong the process. In such instance, Cummings Co. alerts you to the situation and works closely with you to determine what plan and timeframe are in your best interest.
As a level of comfort for you and your organization, if your new employee leaves you during the first 12 months of employment, for any reason whatsoever, Cummings Co. will conduct another search to replace that person at no additional fee.
