Professional Fees

John B. Cummings Co., Inc. is retained on a flat fee, based on staff and time required to achieve a realistic fund-raising objective.  We do not accept contingency arrangements, commissions, bonuses, percentages and/or overrides.

Reflecting the confidence we have in our services and our commitment to your best interest, standard in our agreements is a clause which allows a nonprofit to terminate Cummings Co. services, For Any Reason Whatsoever, with thirty (30) days written notice.

Our role is essentially one of providing objective advice and counsel in the area of philanthropic giving and/or serving as facilitators, coordinators and expeditors throughout your major fundraising effort.

We collaborate closely with you and alert you when plans require change.
